Description

You will own the development of large-scale distributed applications and mission-critical backend systems, taking responsibility from code through production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build highly available backend systems using Go, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Drive software development lifecycle improvements and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Release Teams.
• Take ownership of development tasks through to production deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Golang.
• 4–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Kafka for distributed messaging.
• Strong problem-solving and technical debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, changing business environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
