Description

You will own production stability, resolving complex incidents and executing L3 support tasks for system reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and queries from L1 and L2 support teams.
• Execute L3 Jira stories for bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data corrections.
• Implement short-term and long-term fixes in coordination with development teams.
• Perform data analysis and document fixes for production environments.
• Maintain incident documentation, logs, and technical runbooks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Golang, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience debugging application and service-level issues in production.
• Solid understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
• Background in L3 support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.
