Description

You will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using GoLang, owning the full lifecycle from technical design to deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using GoLang, adhering to OpenAPI specifications and contract-driven development.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, writing efficient SQL queries and handling schema migrations.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, and deploy services on Kubernetes with appropriate scaling strategies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting workflows using Splunk to ensure system reliability.
• Manage application configuration, feature flags, and integration layers including authentication and external system interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Golang.
• Strong proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs with JSON schema validation.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization and migration management.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployment, and rollout strategies.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and environment provisioning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release processes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, specifically Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AppConfig or similar feature flag and configuration management systems.
