Description

Design and build cross-cloud and on-prem solutions for security, compliance, and analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop production code in Go and Python, contributing to Java components as needed.
• Design cross-cloud and on-prem architectures for security, compliance, and analytics workloads.
• Build automation for control monitoring, evidence collection, and remediation across environments.
• Implement policy-as-code guardrails within CI/CD pipelines.
• Orchestrate workflows using Kubernetes and services like AWS Step Functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend and automation.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python for production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and on-prem platforms.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and build tools such as Jenkins.
• Ability to create analytics from telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) and build dashboards.
• Understanding of audit, compliance, and security controls in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP.
• Knowledge of SQL.
