What we need you to bring:

Solid, proven backend development background

Hands-on mastery of Go (Golang)

Comfort building and deploying in AWS / cloud-native environments

A genuine interest in designing systems that scale cleanly and recover gracefully under stress

Everyday use of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to write better code, faster

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

4+ years in a professional software engineering role (internships excluded)

At least 1 year working hands-on with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Bonus points for:

A Master's degree

7 or more years writing production Go code

2+ years spread across multiple cloud providers

4+ years working within open-source frameworks

2+ years operating in Agile teams

Practical, advanced use of AI tools in your workflow — beyond just autocomplete suggestions
