Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Translate product and engineering requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Build integrations with internal and external services while applying robust error handling and security practices.
• Analyze production issues, improve service reliability, and resolve defects across the backend stack.
• Review code, contribute to engineering standards, and support technical design decisions.

Skills Required:

• 5-12 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on Golang expertise.
• Experience designing backend services, RESTful APIs, and distributed application components.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, error handling, and service scalability in Go.
• Experience with API integrations, automated testing, version control, and production support practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Go, Gin, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
