Description

You will build scalable backend services in an iterative agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write scalable, maintainable code to translate software requirements into high-performing products.
• Implement Go routine and channel patterns for efficient concurrency.
• Produce and consume messages using Kafka.
• Utilize AWS services including Secrets-Manager, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience with the Go programming language.
• Hands-on experience with protobufs and gRPC.
• Proficiency with Kafka for messaging.
• Experience with AWS services: Secrets-Manager, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other non-SQL databases.
• Knowledge of SQL and GIT.
• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Practical application of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Datadog for tracing and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with GIT, VS-Code, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree with coding education.
