Description

Build and maintain scalable GoLang services within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, reusable GoLang code.
• Integrate data storage solutions using MongoDB and key-value stores.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot applications and debug performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in GoLang development.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang and its ecosystem.
• Experience with MongoDB schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on GCP experience: Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Cloud Functions.
• Practical understanding of microservices architecture patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Ability to communicate with US or UK stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker.
