Description

You will build, own, and run backend services as part of a self-organized agile team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend logic and quality assurance for cloud-native web services.
• Operate services through monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Translate architectural and product requirements into technical implementations.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, usability, and security.
• Debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with Web API and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with relational data stores such as MSSQL or MySQL.
• Experience building high-availability services at scale.
• Experience working within Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the AWS stack.
• Ability to quickly adopt new languages, tools, and design patterns.
