You will build and maintain scalable backend services using Golang and Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage high-performance APIs.
• Build and maintain backend services in Golang and Python.
• Deploy and manage services within AWS environments.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Interact with and optimize various databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Experience managing and querying databases.
• Strong automated testing skills.
• Previous experience as a Capital One employee.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
