Description

Lead a team of developers in architecting and building scalable backend systems using Golang.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Golang developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems and integrate third-party APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and implement development best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and project tracking.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance applications with Golang.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
