Description

Design and deliver distributed systems using Golang and JVM-based languages.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable software solutions and system architectures.
• Implement REST-based web services and microservices.
• Apply asynchronous patterns and multi-threaded programming to complex problems.
• Manage the full software development life cycle using Git flows, CI, and test automation.
• Execute professional engineering practices including code reviews, build processes, and TDD.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with JVM-based languages, specifically Java.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Golang.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Strong background in multi-threading, concurrency, and Java memory models.
• Experience with event-based software architecture and asynchronous patterns.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development.
• Solid understanding of source control management and Git flows.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience in software engineering.
