Description

You will design, develop, and support scalable, resilient software solutions across the full development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Design and implement highly available software solutions using Go.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from design to support within Agile teams.
• Improve software engineering practices and mentor other engineering team members.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and technical experimentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 2-3 years of professional experience with Golang.
• Experience with AWS.
• 2+ years of experience with build and CI/CD technologies including SVN, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, Docker, Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as GoDog, cucumber, or behave.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other members of the engineering community.
• Background in driving the implementation of new technologies.
