Description

Build and maintain high-scale backend applications using Go, Java, and Scala. You own the design, implementation, and release of services that expose APIs to clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build applications providing APIs to clients using REST, GraphQL, Web Socket Subscriptions, and gRPC.
• Analyze and consume data from various SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Implement data persistence layers using Oracle, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Develop backend services across multiple architectural styles.
• Maintain high-scale applications ensuring reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoLang.
• Strong experience with Java or Scala.
• Hands-on experience implementing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience working with Web Socket Subscriptions and gRPC.
• Proficiency in SQL database management, specifically Oracle or MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL systems, including MongoDB and Redis.
• Any graduate degree.
