Description

You will engineer backend solutions for large-scale event management and alerting platforms, focusing on refactoring, integration, and migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refactor existing platform solutions for alerts and custom IBM event management systems.
• Develop eBonding integrations to enable automated, bi-directional data exchange between Solarwinds and custom IBM products.
• Migrate legacy platform functionalities to a ServiceNow-based architecture.
• Maintain and optimize backend services using messaging and streaming technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on work with RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging and streaming solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Background in system integration and workflow automation.
