Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of complex backend and frontend systems, translating architectural vision into actionable engineering plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services in Golang and frontend applications in React.
• Establish and evolve Kubernetes foundations, containerization via Docker, and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.
• Define data structures, schemas, and artifacts to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable data storage.
• Own the full lifecycle from proof of concept through general availability, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Lead technical direction for Engineer II and III roles, acting as the primary escalation point for design trade-offs and risk reduction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Golang and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems.
• Advanced knowledge of testing, observability, and production operations.
• Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with XLR and change management tooling.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams (Draw.io) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
