Description

Lead development efforts for systems architecture and implementation using Golang and Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems using Golang and Python.
• Own the development lifecycle, including building, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Apply best practices for code review, version control, and change control.
• Engage with engineering, data science, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Contribute to the productionization of machine learning technologies when required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong coding experience in Golang.
• Demonstrable ability to write production-ready Python and SQL.
• Experience in system design, including service design patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience with streaming data platforms and APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL databases.
• Experience working within a DevOps software development workflow.
