Description

Lead backend development with 80% hands-on coding and 20% team management. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance backend systems using Golang.
• Write clean, modular code adhering to SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests for comprehensive coverage.
• Mentor backend developers and conduct regular code reviews.
• Assign tasks and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of expertise in Golang and its ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
• Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
