Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using GoLang to support scalable and high-performance applications.

Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and system scalability.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical leadership, and adoption of engineering best practices.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and system reliability issues across backend platforms.

Manage project deliverables, prioritize development activities, and communicate progress, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in GoLang backend development and technical leadership.

Strong expertise in GoLang, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and backend performance optimization.

Proven experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, high-quality backend solutions
