Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services and APIs in GoLang, owning microservices architecture and system reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring system scalability and maintainability.
• Lead backend service design, development, and deployment using GoLang for high-performance applications.
• Mentor development teams through code reviews, technical leadership, and adoption of engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and system reliability issues across backend platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Significant hands-on experience in GoLang backend development.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of backend performance optimization.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing project deliverables and communicating technical risks to stakeholders.
