Lead backend architecture and development for scalable Go-based services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy backend services and APIs using GoLang to support high-performance applications.
• Architect microservices-based solutions, ensuring system reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with product owners and architects.
• Mentor development teams through code reviews, technical leadership, and adoption of engineering best practices.
• Resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across backend platforms and manage project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with significant focus on GoLang backend development.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience communicating technical recommendations and risks to stakeholders.
