Golang Technical Lead

Design and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-native microservices using Golang.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Golang. Build and manage RESTful APIs, JSON services, and gRPC interfaces. Implement CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Optimize application performance, debug production issues, and ensure secure, cost-optimized cloud architecture. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Proficiency in API development, JSON, and gRPC.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and background workers.
• Proficient with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principles.
