Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend systems using Golang.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and guide solution decisions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Mentor team members and support Agile sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
• Proven experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive architecture decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
