You will architect and drive the technical vision for conversational and generative AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture and long-term roadmap for conversational AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Lead the architectural design of agent assist and customer interaction solutions using Dialogflow CX, integrating with CRM and backend systems.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable solutions on GCP, utilizing Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and MLOps.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines and integration strategies to feed conversational AI and Gen AI models.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for Dialogflow CX and Generative AI, providing technical guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, cloud solutions, and enterprise-scale conversational AI deployments.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Dialogflow CX, and Vertex AI.
• Proven expertise in designing large-scale AI/ML systems, including integration with CRM and backend platforms.
• Experience with MLOps, Data Pipelines, and Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Expertise in Cloud AI Architecture principles.
• Ability to mentor engineering teams and influence technical strategy.
