You will build and deploy conversational AI agents on Google Cloud Platform using Python and Dialogflow CX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions with goal-oriented architectures and tool-calling capabilities.
• Build backend APIs, webhook integrations, and manage complex data payloads for AI workflows.
• Design prompts, optimize LLM context windows, and manage conversational context for voice and chat.
• Create automated evaluation frameworks and Golden tests to validate agent performance and latency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain source code using GitHub and cloud-native deployment tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Python experience with advanced OOP, async programming, type hinting, and CLI tools.
• Experience with Python package management (uv, pip, .venv) and shell scripting.
• Hands-on GCP experience deploying apps via Cloud Functions and Cloud Run; proficient with gcloud CLI.
• Designing Generative AI agents using Dialogflow CX Agent Studio (Apps, Agents, Sub-agents, Sessions).
• Implementing Tool/Function Calling for LLMs and integrating external APIs with pagination and Protobufs.
• Strong prompt engineering, context management, and LLM optimization skills.
• Building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and monitoring AI agent performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Gemini CLI or Claude Code.
• Experience with automated agent evaluations and real-time latency optimization.
