You will lead data analytics initiatives, define strategy, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
• Conduct advanced data analysis using BigQuery to uncover trends and provide recommendations.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of scalable data systems.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4, and Looker dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven experience in analytics or business intelligence (5+ years).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Certifications in Google Analytics 4 or Looker.
