Description

You design and implement conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud Contact Center AI tools, focusing on Dialogflow CX. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize complex conversational flows, intents, and fulfillment logic within Dialogflow CX.
• Develop custom logic and API integrations using Python.
• Build and manage agent assist tools and bots.
• Develop webhooks to facilitate dynamic responses and troubleshoot using Dialogflow tools.
• Optimize agent performance to ensure quick response times.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Dialogflow CX and managing conversation flows.
• Proficiency in Python for custom logic and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console.
• Strong understanding of webhook development.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
