Description

You will own the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/GCP Deployment Manager) for network, patching, backup, policies, and access.
• Manage existing IaC modules, upgrading or migrating legacy configurations.
• Monitor cloud environment alerts, responding to issues like portal access problems, security findings, or quota limits.
• Ensure overall cloud environment health regarding patching, anti-virus, backups, and performance thresholds.
• Adhere to ITIL processes (change, problem, configuration, incident management) and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong working experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform and GCP Deployment Manager.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle using the DevOps framework around CI/CD.
• Proven hands-on experience with GCP core services and production cloud workloads.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Good knowledge of code and binary repositories (e.g., GitHub or Bitbucket).
• Deep understanding of networking and security concepts (VPC, firewall rules, TCP/IP).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
