Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with minimal oversight.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom cloud platform configurations using Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor and support GCP platform health using monitoring tools and applications.
• Administer systems by managing patching, routine maintenance, backups, and task scheduling.
• Evaluate system performance and capacity within a large distributed infrastructure.
• Write technical documentation and mentor IT project teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Ability to manage routine maintenance and system backups.
• Experience with monitoring tools and platform health assessment.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring IT project teams.
