Description

You will architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI (Agent Engine, ADK).

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and optimize chatbots and conversational flows using Dialogflow CX/ES, handling intent detection, context management, and slot filling.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and GenAI models on Vertex AI for advanced chatbot capabilities, including summarization, entity extraction, and response generation.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native chat Virtual Agent solutions leveraging GCP services (CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement MLOps best practices using Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development, with 4+ years focused on NLP/NLU for chat applications.
• Advanced Python proficiency with ML/NLP libraries, specifically Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience building conversational agents using Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and designing cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
• Experience developing REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations.
