Description

Architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and GenAI models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize conversational flows with Dialogflow CX/ES, managing intents, context, and slot filling.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and GenAI models on Vertex AI for summarization, entity extraction, and response generation.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using GCP services including CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement MLOps practices with Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development, with 4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat applications.
• Advanced Python skills with ML/NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience building conversational agents with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong MLOps knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
• Experience developing REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• GCP certifications, such as Google Cloud Certified Professional ML Engineer.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini) and integration with CRM systems.
