Description

You will architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX/ES for intent detection and context management.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and GenAI models on Vertex AI for summarization and response generation.
• Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing GCP services including CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement MLOps best practices, managing CI/CD workflows with Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years software development, with 4+ years focused on NLP/NLU for chat applications.
• Advanced Python proficiency with ML/NLP libraries including Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience building conversational agents using Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and designing cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps principles (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git).
• Experience developing REST APIs and gRPC integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• GCP certifications or experience with GenAI frameworks like PaLM or Gemini.
