Build and deploy scalable conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI.
• Develop and implement NLP and GenAI models within the Vertex AI environment.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate AI components with CRM systems, knowledge bases, and live agent workflows.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years in software development, with 4+ years focused on NLP/NLU for chat.
• Proficiency with Google Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden, and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Hands-on experience developing NLP and GenAI models on Vertex AI.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini).
• Familiarity with GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
