You will design, build, and deploy advanced Conversational AI and NLU solutions on Google Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI.
• Develop, train, and fine-tune NLP and GenAI models, including custom LLMs and transformer models, directly on Vertex AI.
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and conversational AI agents.
• Own end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of software development experience, with 4+ years focused on NLP/NLU for chat.
• Proficiency in Google Vertex AI Agent Engine and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Hands-on experience developing NLP and GenAI models on Vertex AI.
• Experience architecting scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with GCP, ML, NLU, and RAG concepts.
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as PaLM or Gemini.
