Description

You will architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI. You will build, customize, and optimize conversational flows and integrate advanced NLP, LLM, and GenAI models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI (Agent Engine, ADK).
• Build and optimize chatbots with Dialogflow CX/ES, managing intents, context, and slot filling.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines on Vertex AI.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using GCP services including CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Implement MLOps best practices using Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development with 4+ years focused on NLP/NLU for chat applications.
• Advanced Python skills with ML/NLP libraries including Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience building conversational agents using Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Strong proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience developing REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations.
• Solid MLOps knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as PaLM or Gemini.
