You will architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI and Dialogflow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize chatbots and conversational flows using Dialogflow CX/ES for intent detection and context management.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and GenAI models on Vertex AI for summarization, entity extraction, and response generation.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using GCP services including CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement MLOps best practices using Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development, including 4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat.
• Advanced Python skills with ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven success building conversational agents with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong MLOps knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
• Experience developing REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• GCP certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional ML Engineer).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini) and Agent Assist functionality.
