You will architect and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, handling the full lifecycle from NLP model development to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden, and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines on Vertex AI.
• Build and integrate NLP/NLU components for chat applications, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Integrate GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini) with CRM systems, knowledge bases, and live agent workflows.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of software development experience, with 4+ years specifically in NLP/NLU for chat applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Vertex AI, including Agent Engine, Model Garden, and ADK.
• Proficiency in training and deploying custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as PaLM and Gemini.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification (mandatory).
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and other GCP services.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
