Description

Engineer scalable, event-driven integration architectures on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Run and GKE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement UIL using Cloud Run and GKE hybrid deployment models for scalable, event-driven integration.
• Build event-driven workflows leveraging Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and containerized microservices.
• Establish and enforce API standards, error-handling conventions, and integration patterns across distributed systems.
• Maintain observability pipelines with Cloud Logging, BigQuery, and Cloud Monitoring for auditability and performance analytics.
• Build and optimize DR and cost-efficient architectures across multiple regions using Terraform and Cloud Deploy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in backend/integration development or cloud engineering.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Logging, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Secret Manager.
• Strong background in distributed systems, API design, and message-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Familiarity with warehouse and ERP integration patterns (e.g., order orchestration, ASN, inventory sync).
• Experience with Cloud Build and Cloud Deploy.
• Ability to continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
