Description

You will own the data capture strategy for marketing measurement and campaign optimization. You will build and maintain the analytics infrastructure that drives paid search, display, and social media decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop site tagging and tracking strategies using URL query parameters and UTM parameters.
  • Administer Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage profiles, audiences, events, and conversions.
  • Build integrated reports and dashboards to inform campaign optimization and stakeholder reporting.
  • Write code, unit tests, and automation scripts while participating in code reviews and DevOps deployment.
  • Generate proof of concepts to test emerging standards and technical best practices.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and data engineering.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with click tags, conversion pixels, and campaign tracking URLs.
  • Experience working with CM360/ad server click and conversion tracking log data.
  • Knowledge of server-side vs client-side tag management.
  • Experience with CRM, Web Analytics, and SearchAds360 marketing automation tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the banking domain.
