Description

Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, owning the full development lifecycle from high-level architecture to low-level implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions using Gangs of Four patterns, Microservices, SOLID, CAP, and DRY principles.
• Produce High Level and Low Level Design documents, including Class and Sequence Diagrams.
• Manage task planning, estimation, and parallel execution across Infrastructure, Development, Testing, and CI/CD phases.
• Resolve technical blockers and select optimal tools for data ingestion and processing.
• Implement secure architecture designs and manage environment-based deployments with rollback capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and Java (JDK8+, Spring MVC, Spring Boot).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services: Dataflow, GCS, IAM, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of BigQuery data types, tables, views, and partitioning.
• Experience with GKE, Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• Ability to design multiple solutions for complex problems and execute parallel task phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Build, Versioning, and Integration processes.
