Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and development of chatbot and voicebot solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbot and voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage client communications and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for conversational AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Dialogflow and AI/ML development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Google Dialogflow and conversational AI development.
• Hands-on expertise with ADK and Playbook implementations.
• Proven experience managing client communications and delivering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with technical team mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Google Dialogflow.
• Experience with ADK.
• Familiarity with Playbook.
• Knowledge of AIML.
