Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and development of chatbot and voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow, ADK, and Playbook.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Manage client communications and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for all conversational AI implementations.
• Mentor junior team members on Dialogflow and AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Google Dialogflow and conversational AI development.
• Hands-on expertise with Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Playbook implementations.
• Strong proficiency in AIML concepts and application.
• Proven track record of managing client communications and delivering complex projects.
• Technical leadership experience with a focus on mentoring developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise conversational AI deployments.
• Background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning model integration.
