Description

Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, delivering conversational AI solutions as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex conversational flows using Google Dialogflow.
• Interpret and edit JSON payloads used within Dialogflow flows, responses, and pages.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for business and content stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in conversational AI development.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Dialogflow.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Ability to manipulate and edit JSON payloads and data structures.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Google Vertex AI to advise on future roadmaps and technical vision.
