Description

You will architect and build AI-powered chatbot applications using Google Dialogflow CX for chat and voice channels. You design user-centric conversation experiences, build prototypes to reduce ambiguity, and integrate APIs to support conversational workflows. You present technical viewpoints using visualization and solve complex problems through analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational bots for chat and voice channels.
• Develop user-centric conversation experiences involving text, chat, or voice.
• Build targeted prototypes to reduce solution ambiguity through testing.
• Integrate APIs to support conversational workflows.
• Present and defend technical points of view using visualization.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow CX.
• Experience designing dialog flows, intent classification, and sentiment analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Text to Speech and Speech to Text technologies.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and Python for API integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Ability to architect AI-powered chatbot applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
