Description

You will design, develop, and optimize conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• Integrate Dialogflow with CVPs and ICM systems in collaboration with contact center teams.
• Use Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights.
• Improve conversational interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Test Dialogflow interactions to ensure accuracy and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing conversational AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Dialogflow.
• Experience with Looker and Looker integration.
• Familiarity with CVPs and ICM systems.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Google Dialogflow certification.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
