Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert and technical engineer for the enterprise collaboration suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and architect core collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart, for a global workforce.
• Implement and enforce security controls and governance policies (DLP, data residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth) with Information Security and Compliance teams.
• Develop and leverage scripting and automation tools (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM) to reduce operational load.
• Lead integrations between Google Workspace and platforms like Smartsheet and Lucidchart with other enterprise systems.
• Support data migration projects between collaboration platforms, such as moving from M365 to Google Drive.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini).
• 3+ years implementing and enforcing security controls and governance policies.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or GAM.
• Experience configuring SSO/SAML and OAuth standards.
• Expertise in administering Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with data residency and DLP policies.
