Description

You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting microservices architectures.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (GKE) to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Implement security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance requirements.
• Deploy observability tools such as Google Cloud Operations, Prometheus, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role.
• Expertise in Kubernetes management and orchestration, specifically GKE.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Skills in troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and deployment issues.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption).
• Ability to monitor and optimize cloud usage and spending.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing compliance requirements within cloud environments.
