You will administer and manage the Google Chrome Management Console for all associated devices and users.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Google Chrome Management Console, covering Gmail, Calendar, Groups, Shared Mailboxes, Google Sites, and related policy and account settings.
Monitor the entire Google Workspace domain using the Admin Console, tracking usage, user status, storage, security, and file sharing metrics.
Configure, deploy, and update Chromebooks, extensions, and educational applications, enforcing device and user policies.
Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to teachers on Chrome OS and Google Workspace, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records for Chrome devices and peripherals while documenting support procedures and user guides.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in an educational setting.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Admin Console, and Chrome Management Console.
Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace for Education and Chrome OS devices.
Familiarity with device imaging, policy configuration, and remote management tools.
Knowledge of network connectivity, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and endpoint security best practices.
Experience supporting web-based applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
