Description

You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, and Asana. You provide Tier 1/2 support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage access and permissions. You collaborate with IAM, Security, Legal, and Procurement teams to enforce policies and manage licensing. You configure, integrate, and maintain collaboration platforms for enterprise users. You drive automation and process efficiency using scripting and AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding, support, optimization, and decommissioning of SaaS collaboration tools.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support, including troubleshooting user issues and monitoring system performance.
• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot collaboration platforms for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, and Legal teams to enforce policies and manage vendor processes.
• Document incidents, contribute to knowledge base articles, and support user training initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with SaaS collaboration tools or in a technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Asana, and Miro.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace automation tools, specifically GAM.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale user support.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-driven productivity tools.
