Description

You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, and Asana, while providing Tier 1/2 support and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, support, optimization, and decommissioning of SaaS collaboration tools.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support, troubleshooting user issues and monitoring system performance.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain collaboration platforms for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, and Legal teams to enforce policies and manage vendor processes.
• Document incidents, contribute to knowledge base articles, and support user training initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with SaaS collaboration tools or in a technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Asana, and Miro.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace automation tools, specifically GAM.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale user support.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-driven productivity tools.
